Outdoor Learning
Thanks to the PTA, our community is able to spend extra time outside in our outdoor classroom. Our students participate in a garden class once a month to learn about crops, harvesting, flowers, insects, and more.
We are excited to watch our gardens grow this year - and we can't do it without your help! Please be on the lookout for posts on ParentSquare to join the Outdoor Learning Committee to help them maintain our garden beds, butterfly garden, and arboretum.
Further information about volunteering during your student's garden day will be found on ParentSquare.
THINGS TO KNOW:
1. Please sign in at the front office and then meet in the Outdoor Learning area. 2. Adults participating must be VIPS APPROVED to join during gardening lessons.
3. Wear garden friendly shoes.
