Our OFE Fall Fundraiser officially kicks off this week... Are you ready for it?! 

What is the OFE Fall Fundraiser/Obstacle Course Challenge/Fun Run? 
This event is known by many names, so first of all – know that these are all one in the same! The OFE Fall Fundraiser is a 9-day program and is this semester’s only fundraiser for the PTA. The program officially begins Wednesday, September 18th and the Fun Run takes place at the conclusion of our fundraising efforts on Friday, September 27. Our goal is to raise $200,000 to help support our school, teachers, and students.
On event day, each grade will compete in the Obstacle Course Challenge, while earning money for our amazing school. This year's character building experience will take us back in time to "Castle Quest"! This theme is all about how to be brave and live with character.

Where do the donations go?
Our wonderful administration puts a huge emphasis on supporting our amazing teachers and staff and making sure that we have all of the right people at OFE to nurture our kids' minds and hearts. So that they have that flexibility, almost everything else you see and experience at our school is supported by the PTA budget: copy machine leases, copy paper, additional hours for teaching interventionists, teacher appreciation events, classroom enhancements such as Clever boards and flexible seating, the Bobcat Fund, social/emotional learning tools and events, our Fall Festival in November, Ice Cream Social, 5th grade Camping Trip, Field Day, and so much more!

How can students get donations?
Families can help connect students to sponsors by sharing their fundraising link on Facebook, through email, or even a text. Sponsors can enter and pay for those donations online through students’ fundraising link!
