OFE Auction information

We are very excited about OFE’s annual adults only fundraiser, Black & White Gala, supporting Oak Forest Elementary School PTA. Your attendance and support mean the world to us and we can’t wait to show you a night you won’t forget!
 
A few important pieces of information for the evening:
 
If you purchased VIP early access your arrival time is 6:30 p.m. General Admission is 7 p.m. You will check in under the name given at the time of purchase. If you purchased tickets for others and did not provide the guest name, please email auction@oakforestpta.comwith the names. There are no paper tickets for this event.
 
-Now is the time to register your credit card at the link below! This will allow you to bid on silent auction items via your cell phone. Once registered, you will receive two text messages with bidding instructions. Please read the FAQ (attached) for information regarding the bidding system.
 
 
 
-The silent auction items will be available for preview and bidding Wednesday, March 4 at noon. For an even earlier preview, be sure to check out our Instagram page @ofeauction.
 
-All socials are now available for your viewing! Take a look at the attached word document to see all the exciting events OFE parents are hosting!
 
-Due to changes in the SPJST Lodge Policies, it will be necessary for you to bring your winnings home with you after the event on March 6. Please help the auction committee out by making sure you grab your winnings on the way out.
 
-The SPJST Lodge is a BYO facility.  Attendees may bring their own wine and liquor only. Beer, soft drinks, and water are available for purchase.  They accept cash and credit cards.
 
– Food will be catered by Doneraki. An array of desserts and late-night bites will be provided by WhataburgerChick fil A and Better Batter Bake Shop. Come hungry!
 
-Don’t forget about the LIVE auction which includes Rule the School, VIP Parking for a year, Name that Drive and the ever so popular Fly your Alma Mater flag!
 
-Everyone has the chance to win $500 with the ever so popular Heads/Tails game. If you purchased VIP access you will receive your participation bracelet at check in. You can purchase bracelets at the event for $25. Bracelets are necessary to participate and possibly win!
